*Due to the handmade nature of AAND Merchandise please note that although items will be similar to the picture they will not be exactly alike and some variation should be expected.

 

FAQ'S and Return Policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most A.N.D.Made Merchandise will take approx. 10-21 business days to create before shipping as everything is handmade.. Once your order has been created, it will ship immediately using UPS or USPS.

 

What are your shipping methods?

Choosing expedited shipping does not change the processing time. 

Standard - 3 to 5 business days

Priority - 2 to 4 business days

Express (Overnight) -1 to 2 business days

Please select your shipping method when placing your order. Allow 24-48 hours for UPS to update tracking number for you to review

 

Do you accept custom orders?

 Absolutely, please send an email to hello@andmadebyhand.com with subject line "Custom Order". Any and all custom design pieces will require a consultation which at that time production time and price will be discussed. All custom items are final sale.

 

Do you take wholesale orders?

Yes and No. A.N.D.Made has stopped accepting wholesale orders for RE-SALE under another name but we are still accepting STOCKIST orders. If you would like to see A.N.D.Made in your boutique or online store please send me an email with "Stockist Interest" in the subject line and let's make it happen!

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

 We accept payments via PayPal, Square, any and all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and any other payment method listed at the bottom of this webpage. If for any reason you are having issues with processing your payment please email us ASAP at hello@andmadebyhand.com so that we can better assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yep, Sure do! Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped internationally.

 

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

A.N.D.Made by Hand is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact UPS (1-800-742-5877)

If a package is returned to A.N.D.Made for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs. 

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, Unfortunately No. If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us immediately at hello@andmadebyhand.com with a description and photos that clearly show where there is damage or a defect.

SALE ITEMS MAY HAVE A SLIGHT DEFECT AND ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE.

 

Can I exchange a product?

 An exchange MAY be initiated only in the case of damage or defect. Please make sure you have read the product description for sizing and reviewed the available photos.

 To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 3 (THREE) calendar days of receiving your product. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
