*Due to the handmade nature of all AND-MADE Merchandise please note that although items will be similar to the picture they will not be exactly alike and some variation should be expected.
FAQ'S and Return Policy
How long will it take to receive my order?
All AND-MADE orders have a standard processing time of 10 to 21 business days.
Please plan accordingly to make sure you receive everything as needed. Once your order has been created, it will ship immediately using UPS or USPS. Please allow 48 hours for tracking numbers to update in their system so you can track.
What are your shipping methods?
Choosing expedited shipping does not change the processing time.
Standard - 3 to 5 business days
Priority - 2 to 4 business days
Express (Overnight) -1 to 2 business days
Please select your shipping method when placing your order. Allow 24-48 hours for UPS or USPS to update tracking number for you to review.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely, please send an email to email@example.com with subject line "Custom Order". Any and all custom design pieces will require a consultation which at that time production time and price will be discussed. All custom items are final sale and are not eligible for coupons or discounts.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes and No. AND-MADE has stopped accepting wholesale orders for RE-SALE under another name but we are still accepting STOCKIST orders. If you would like to see AND-MADE in your boutique or online store please send an email with "Stockist Interest" in the subject line and let's see if we can make it happen!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Square, any and all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and any other payment method listed at the bottom of this webpage. If for any reason you are having issues with processing your payment please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can better assist you.
We also accept Afterpay, Quadpay/Zip, Sezzle, Shop pay and a host of other flexible payment options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep, Sure do! Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped internationally.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges (Including Cancellations)
AND-MADE by Hand is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS. We recommend you visit your local USPS office and see if the package is waiting there for you.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU ENTERED IS CORRECT. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been placed due to customer security reasons.
If a package is returned to AND-MADE for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs to re-ship the package.
AND-MADE will begin planning and processing your order immediately upon order receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, Unfortunately No. If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos that clearly show where there is damage or a defect.
SALE ITEMS MAY HAVE A SLIGHT DEFECT AND ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE.
Can I exchange a product?
An exchange MAY be initiated only in the case of damage or defect. Please make sure you have read the product description for sizing and reviewed the available photos.
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 3 (THREE) calendar days of receiving your product. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
