FAQ'S and Return Policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

All AND-MADE orders have a standard processing time of 10-21 business days. Handbags, Jackets and Custom Orders can take 4-6 weeks to complete and then be shipped. If your order includes items that can be shipped sooner, please note that your order may come in separate packages and at different times.

If you need your order sooner, please consider making separate purchases.

Selecting Priority Shipping or Overnight Shipping DOES NOT EXPEDITE the standard processing time. 

Please plan accordingly to make sure you receive everything as needed. Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipping, it will ship immediately using UPS or USPS. Please allow 2-4 days for tracking numbers to update in their system so you can track.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have an AND-MADE login, you can sign in to see all orders placed and their status. If you do not have a login, you can create one at andmadebyhand.com. Please keep in mind that an email is not required to check the status of your order before the 21 Business Day Mark.

What classifies as a "Business Day"? 

A business day is Monday-Friday from the time the shop opens to the time the shop closes EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS. AND-MADE is open from 9am-4pm CST Monday-Friday.

What are your shipping methods?

Choosing expedited shipping does not change the processing time.

Please select your shipping method when placing your order. Allow 2-4 days for UPS or USPS to update tracking number for you to review.

Shipping methods:

All Orders with a subtotal over $100 are free to ship. Forever. If you would like to select another shipping option, please do so at checkout. If no other option is selected then, your order will be shipped STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING - USPS

ORDERS DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

Do you accept custom orders?

 Absolutely, please send an email to hello@andmadebyhand.com with subject line "Custom Order". Any and all custom design pieces will require a consultation which at that time production time and price will be discussed. All custom items are final sale and are not eligible for coupons or discounts. 

Do you take wholesale orders?

Yes and No. AND-MADE has stopped accepting wholesale orders for RE-SALE under another name but we are still accepting STOCKIST orders. If you would like to see AND-MADE in your boutique or online store please send an email with "Stockist Interest" in the subject line and let's see if we can make it happen!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Square, any and all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and any other payment method listed at the bottom of this webpage. If for any reason you are having issues with processing your payment please email us ASAP at hello@andmadebyhand.com so that we can better assist you.

We also accept Afterpay, Quadpay/Zip, Sezzle, Shop pay and a host of other flexible payment options. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yep, Sure do! Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped internationally.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges (Including Cancellations)

AND-MADE by Hand is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777). We recommend you visit your local USPS office and see if the package is waiting there for you as it may have been too big to fit in your box.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU ENTERED IS CORRECT BEFORE CHECKING OUT. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been placed due to customer security reasons.

If a package is returned to AND-MADE for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs to re-ship the package. Once emailed, if no response in 48 hours; you will receive a Store Credit/Gift Card for the total amount of purchase less any shipping charges incurred.

Order Cancellations

AND-MADE will begin planning and processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, No. If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us immediately at hello@andmadebyhand.com with a description and photos that clearly show where there is damage or a defect deemed valid by AND-MADE by hand.

SALE ITEMS MAY HAVE A SLIGHT DEFECT AND ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE.

Can I exchange a product?

 An exchange MAY be initiated only in the case of damage or defect. Please make sure you have read the product description for sizing and reviewed the available photos.

 To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 3 (THREE) calendar business days of receiving your product. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
